The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has unveiled the FUFA Awards 2024 at the event that was held at Kampala Serena.
The 2024 awards are scheduled for Friday, 30th May 2025 at Kampala Serena Hotel.
The prestigious awards were last held in 2021 with Bobosi Byaruhanga and Fauzia Najjemba named as the Male and Female Player of that particular year.
Celebrating Football Heroes, Inspiring Future Stars is this year’s awards theme.
Rogers Byamukama, the FUFA Awards Committee Chairman stressed that,
“The FUFA Awards are not just a celebration, they are a national reflection of our football journey and the stars who inspire the generation.” Said Byamukama at the official launch
According to the organisers, the Male and Female Player of the year will be rewarded with brand new cars each while other category winners will walk away with a prize of Shs1M.
