Wakiso Giants goalkeeper James Alitho is in talks with Uganda Premier league side Kitara FC, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
Kitara want to boost their goalkeeping department with an experienced goalkeeper in this transfer window.
The Hoima based side is in the market for goalkeepers following the departures of Chrispus Kusiima and Farouk Yawe who joined URA FC and BUL FC respectively.
They have already held talks with URA FC goalkeeper Rodgers Omedwa.
Alitho is out of contract at FUFA Big League side Wakiso Giants following expiration of his one year deal at the club in June.
Besides Wakiso Giants, Alitho has previously featured for Vipers SC, URA FC and Zanaco FC in Zambia.
Kitara FC has already renewed employment contracts for coaches Wasswa Bbosa, George William Lutalo and goalkeeping coach Richard Kansole.
