SC Villa is interested in signing out of contract NEC FC attacker Ibrahim Kasinde, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
This website has established that Kasinde has impressed new SC Villa coach Zeljko Kovacevic at the club’s trials being held in Bweyogerere.
Kasinde joined NEC FC at the start of the 2024/25 campaign on a one year employment contract which expired at the end of the season.
Kasinde is a former Uganda Hippos player who was part of the U20 AFCON Qualifiers held in Sudan in 2022.
He previously played for Masaka City, Kaliisizo KEM, Kampala University Masaka, Soltilo Bright Stars as well as Masaza Cup giants Ssingo, Gomba and Busujju.
Kasinde spent three seasons at Soltilo Bright Stars and scored league seven goals with a number of assists before joining NEC FC where he struggled for playing time last term.
