Four time Uganda Premier League champions URA FC have boosted their coaching staff with the addition of Edward Golola.
The experienced tactician will serve as the first assistant at URA FC.
“URA FC have boosted their backroom staff under head coach Alex Isabirye with the addition of experienced tactician Edward Golola as the club’s new first assistant coach. Golola, a seasoned figure in Ugandan football, has already started work with the team ahead of the new campaign.” URA FC stated in a statement
Golola has previously worked at Vipers SC where he won two Uganda Premier League titles.
He will work under Alex Isabirye who is the club head coach.
Richard Kasule will serve as second assistant coach, Crespo Asiku as the third assistant coach while Manko Kaweesa, Isma Serebe as performance analyst/ statistician and Jamil Ddamba will work as the fitness and goalkeeping coach respectively.
The tax collectors last won the league title in 2011 and have beefed up their squad with the acquisition of Arthur Kiggundu, Ronald Otti, Nelson Senkatuka, Chrispus Kusiima among others.
