Former Villa winger joins Blacks Power

UPL side Blacks Power FC have completed the signing of Abdul Malik Vitalis Tabu on a six-month contract, Swift Sports reliably confirms.

Tabu has been playing for South Sudan giants Malakia FC since the start of the season.

He last featured for Calvary FC Midigo in Uganda in the FUFA Big League.

Tabu is expected to bolster the club’s offensive department with pace as well as creativity and goals.

He has previously played for SC Villa, URA FC, BUL FC, Proline FC, Onduparaka FC and Paidha Black Angels.

The mercurial winger is one of the main signings made by coach Hussein Mbalangu ahead of the second round.

As earlier reported, Blacks Power already parted ways with upto seven squad players and have embarked on replacing them.

The Lira based charges currently sit 12th on the table with 11 points from 14 games.

They will be facing Bukedea Central in the round of 64 of this season’s Stanbic Uganda Cup.
