Bunyaruguru United stunned FUFA Big League leaders Blacks Power with a narrow 1-0 win at the Nyamambuka playground.
Gerald Ogweti’s 36th minute goal was enough to hand Bunyaruguru maximum points over the table leaders.
This is Bunyaruguru’s fourth win of the season while Blacks Power suffered their only second defeat.
Blacks Power stays at the top of the table with 22 points while Bunyaruguru is in ninth place with 15 points.
Elsewhere, CATDA remained unbeaten following their 3-3 stalemate with Wakiso Giants at Nakivubo on Sunday.
Annest Ankunda and Musa Ssegujja Bambata scored for the Purple Sharks.
Kevin Kyeyune Tevin netted a brace for CATDA before Fred Okot salvaged a late point for the visitors who are unbeaten after ten games.
CATDA are sixth on the table with 16 points same as Wakiso Giants who drop to eighth.
