Lugazi FC ended a seven games winless run with a 2-1 win over BUL at Lugazi FC Stadium Najjembe.
Freedom Mungudti and Paul Busolo scored in the first and second half respectively the two goals that gave Lugazi FC a home victory.
Mungudit headed home in the 26th minute putting the home side in the lead.
Alex Isabirye’s pressed for an equaliser all in vein until the end of the first stanza.
Karim Ndugwa scored the level only one minute after the resumption of the second stanza.
Four minutes to the final whistle Busolo scored the winner for Simon Peter Mugerwa’s coach.
Victory ended Lugazi FC seven winless run as well as handing Mugerwa his first victory at Lugazi FC
Lugazi FC moved to the 11th position with 14 points they play SC Villa next on Saturday 31st- Jan at Kadiba grounds.
BUL is ninth with 16 points they next visit strugglers UPDF FC on Friday 30th January at Bombo Military Barracks grounds.
