Seven games were played on Thursday in the round of 64 of the 52nd edition of Stanbic Uganda Cup.
Western regional side Six O’clock shocked two time competition winners Mbale Heroes with a 1-0 win.
Mbale Heroes who are in the FUFA Big League are previous winners of the competition in 1976 and 1999.
Six O’clock join holders Vipers SC, KCCA FC, Mbarara City, BUL FC, Express FC, UPDF FC in the round of 32.
Vipers overcame Northern Gateway 1-0 thanks to a first half goal from Nigeria Odili Chukwuma while KCCA FC were 2-0 winners over Kitara Regional league side St.George.
Express FC needed a 7-6 shootout win over Packwach Young Stars after a 1-1 draw to progress to the round of 32 while UPDF beat Nsambya FC 2-1 to prevail.
BUL FC humbled Agape 7-0 while Mbarara City were 2-1 victors over Busia Young Stars in the other round of 64 contest.
