Alex Isabirye’s BUL FC will be seeking to end Vipers SC fine form when the two sides face off on Friday at FUFA Technical Centre, Njeru.
The Venoms have won six consecutive league games and will be desperate to extend their winning run.
Vipers currently lead the table with 36 points, one above Kitara FC who were awarded three points for Vipers failure to honour the first round meeting against the Royals.
BUL managed by former Vipers head coach, Isabirye have won four of their five games across all competitions under the tactician who is serving his third stint at the Jinja based side.
Isabirye’s men thrashed Agape United 7-0 during their Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 64 contest last week while Vipers were 1-0 victors over Northern Gateway.
Ivan Jacky Minnaert will look up to in form Abdul Karim Watambala, Usama Arafat and Milton Karisa for inspiration.
Watambala has scored five goals in his last four league matches.
BUL will have their trust in former Vipers forward Karim Ndugwa and Seiri Arigumaho who scored the seven goals for the side against Agape in the Uganda Cup.

Vipers are yet to beat BUL FC away from home since the 3-1 victory in 2022. They have lost twice with one game ending in a stalemate at BUL.
