Abdallah Mubiru’s Entebbe UPPC will be aiming for maximum points to keep their title hopes alive when they host Mbarara City on Tuesday at Bugonga.
Entebbe UPPC played out to a goalless stalemate in their previous game against Express FC at Nakivubo. They have kept seven consecutive clean-sheets.
The Ankole Lions registered a narrow 1-0 home win against bottom placed Calvary in their previous game.
The two sides played out to a 1-1 draw in their first round meeting in December last year. Ironically it was the last time the Painters conceded a league goal and have now gone 630 minutes without conceding.
The Painters will move to 34 points in case they maximize points, four adrift of leaders Vipers who will host NEC later tonight.
The Ankole Lions are currently 12th on the league table with 15 points and maximum points over Entebbe UPPC will see them move a step closer to survival.
