Alex Isabirye’s BUL FC will welcome NEC FC in the Uganda Premier League contest at FUFA Technical Center in Njeru on Tuesday.
BUL come into this game after a 2-0 win over Express FC in their previous game at Nakivubo but before they had suffered a humiliating 5-2 home defeat to relegation fighting UPDF FC.
Isabirye targets victory against NEC
“We have taken long without wining agaist Nec Fc , we are going to make sure we get the result this time.” Said Isabirye
NEC who are unbeaten since their 2-1 defeat to KCCA FC in December last year edged Mbarara City 1-0 thanks to a Hannington Ssebwalunyo penalty.
Ssebwalunyo and company have also kept nine consecutive clean sheets.
Badru Kaddu’s charges will be without Richard Basangwa who had a concussion in the goalless draw at Express FC. Samuel Ssekamatte Kayongo is available to face his former paymasters.
The Eastern Giants are winless against NEC in the previous nine games across all competitions, losing twice and seven draws.
BUL is currently 8th on the table with 34 points while NEC occupies 5th position with 42 points.
