The Kabale-based side showed resilience on the road, grinding out a crucial victory that pushed them to the top of the league standings with 32 points from 18 matches played.
South Sudan striker Abonga Dominic proved to be the difference on the day, finding the back of the net with the match’s only goal to secure maximum points for the visitors.
The result sees the “Gorillas” tighten their grip on the summit as the race for promotion to the Uganda Premier League continues to intensify.
