The 2019 Mr. Uganda Bodybuilding Championship will take place on Saturday 30th November at Sibyangu Standard Hotel in Natete.
According to the General Secretary Uganda Bodybuilding and Fitness Association Joseph Nkoyoyo, fans should expect a competitive event.
“We expect to have a great Bodybuilding event on Saturday and this time we expect over 70 participants to take part in the championship.” This year ladies are to participate in the competition and many have already confirmed their participation.” Stated Nkoyoyo.

Bin Yakubu Hassan has warned 2018 winner Mubikirwa Isaac that is ready to clinch this year’s championship title
“This time am ready to hustle with every bodybuilder including last year’s winner Mubikirwa Isaac. Last time I had challenges and that why i lost the championship but now am in proper condition and set for the day.”
The winner of the event will walk away with a trophy and a gold medal and will have an opportunity to do Gym work at Sibyangu Hotel for a full year.

•Bantam Weight
•Lightweight
•Welterweight
•Light middle
•Middle weight
•Light heavyweight
