Badru Kaddu to guide KCCA against URA

KCCA FC have on Tuesday confirmed the departure of head coach Morley Byekwaso.

Byekwaso was appointed as Interim coach at KCCA FC in April 2021 until the end of 2020/21 season.

He was appointed on a permanent basis in July 2021 to June 2024.

He joined the Club in 2016 serving as Mike Mutebi’s assistant until March 2021 when he was appointed interim Manager.

During his tenure at KCCA FC, Byekwaso has been in charge for 77 games, winning 44 games and drawing 21.

“The Club recognizes his immense contribution in making KCCA FC the leading Club in Uganda and everyone at the Club wishes him well in his future endeavors.” Read a club statement

Badru Kaddu Mukasa who has been serving as Byekwaso’s assistant will handle the club against URA FC on Wednesday.

The 13 time Uganda Premier league champions are set to appoint club legend Jackson Mayanja as interim head coach.
