Kampala Queens registered the biggest victory so far in this year’s Fufa Women Cup, a 4-1 over Fufa Women Elite League side She Maroons at Luzira.
Lillian Mutuuzo scored a brace while Resty Nanziri and Harriet Nakkuba grabbed one apiece to ensure a deserving victory for the Farida Bulega coached side.
Nakkuba opened the scoring in the 37th minute but She Maroons levelled matters through Winnie Kyomugisha who converted from 12 yards two minutes into the second period.

Mutuuzo restored the lead for Kampala Queens on 70 minutes and converted a penalty following a foul on Nanziri 15 minutes later.
Nanziri put the icing on the cake with cool finish at the stroke of full time.
In the other games played on the same day, Lady Doves were 2-0 winners over none league side St. Noa SS thanks to Fazila Ikwaput’s first half brace.
2018 winners UCU Lady Cardinals defeated She Kataka 2-0 courtesy of goals from Jauhara Nabaggala and Shadia Nankya.
Rines SS were eliminated by WIFO (Women In Football) 5-4 on penalties after a goalless draw.
Dynamic SS Jjeza overcame Upper Nile 1-0 while holders She Mak beat Amuria High School 2-0 through goals from Rebecca Nakasatto and Ndagire Josephine.
Bugiri’s JERAM WFC earned a walk over against Muteesa I Royal University who never turned up like it has been the case in their Fufa Women Super League campaign.
Two games were played on Friday notably She Corporates won defeated Bunyaruguru Girls 2-0 thanks to Dorcus Namukisa and Favour Danielita Nambatya.
Allen Nassazi and Kauka Devine scored for Kawempe Muslim Junior Team in their 2-0 win over Elite League side Lango Queens at the school valley ground.
Action will resume on Sunday with five games on the cards.
