Lady Doves 3-0 UCU Lady Cardinals

UCU Lady Cardinals will need a miracle to survive relegation from the FUFA Women Super League after suffering a 3-0 defeat to Lady Doves in a rescheduled fixture played on Sunday morning at the Katusabe Grounds in Masindi.

The result automatically confirmed safety for Lady Doves who notably survived relegation on the closing day of last season.

First half goals from Sumaya Nsisi, Dorcus Kwikiriza and Norah Alupo ensured the much needed result for the Masindi based club.

In another permutation, UCU have to win their final games and hope Makerere University don’t pick more than a point in their subsequent two games.

In the third permutation, UCU have to win their two games and hope that Rines SS lose their final games.
