Maroons promote youngster Bbosa to senior team

In a bid to strengthen their squad that will help them bounce back to top flight, Big League side Maroons FC has promoted, Bruno Bbosa from their Junior team.

Bbosa is a striker who joined Maroons academy at the age of eight and upon promotion he has signed a contract of three years.

Bbosa promises to pay back the team by scoring important goals as he appreciated the opportunity given to him,

“It is a great opportunity to impress the coaches and fans who have trusted me since I was young in this great club 10 years ago, my moods are already tuned ahead of the next challenge.”

“Scoring those important goals will be a good give back to the team at large.” He said via the club website.

He is the second player to be promoted in the ongoing transfer window after Hillary Adama.

The club also re-signed Yaya Luti and Davis Mayanja from Mbale Heroes.

Defender Eddie Kapampa has already left the club and joined Police FC.
