Mohammed Salah declared fit to face Uganda

Amidst reports that Egyptian superstar Mohammed Salah had sustained an injury that would rule him out the World Cup qualifier match against Uganda, the national team doctor has come out to clarify that the forward is fit enough and raring to go.

According to www.kingfut com who contacted the team doctor,

“There is no injury to Salah, he is completely ready for the match,” the team doctor said.

“Salah complained only after the end of the Uganda match, it was just a complaint no more and no less, and he is not injured”.

“The complaint of pain was due to the pitch of the Uganda game. There are many conversations about Salah’s injury, but there is no basis for it.”

The team doctor also added that.,

“Salah trained very naturally on Friday and Saturday. He’s ready for the game. All the players are ready to face Uganda.”

The two nation meet tomorrow at the Borg El-Arab Stadium in Alexandria for a top of the table clash. Uganda stands on the summit of group E with 7 points, followed by Egypt on 6 qnd Ghana in 3rd on 2 points.
