Sulaiman ‘Mike’ Mutyaba became the first player to score a hat trick this season as KCCA bounced back to winning ways with a routine 4-0 victory over Onduparaka at Lugogo.
Mutyaba scored thrice in the second half to add on to Sadat Anaku goal in the first half.
Anaku broke the duck with his first ever goal in the topflight league in the 33rd minute after recieving a quality ball from Keziron Kizito and artistically beating his marker Dudu Ramathan.

Mutyaba almost made it 2-0 but his powerful strike rattled the cross bar with the keeper Yusuf Wasswa moments to the halftime break.
On the resumption, Mike Mutebi brought on Erisa Sekisambu for Simon Serunkuma who had earlier struggled to make impact.
Sekisambu’s introduction improved KCCA’s surge on the right flank and had a hand in the subsequent goals scored.

It was Sekisambu’s hard shot that was spilled by goalie Wasswa into Mutyaba’s way, who made no mistake but make to make it 2-0 in the 63rd minute.
Five minutes later, Mutyaba trippled the scoreline with a sublime effort from a quickly started corner kick by Mustafa Kizza.
He completed his hat trick with a penalty goal after Anaku was fouled by right back Atendere Geriga in the box.
The win put an end to KCCA’s five match winless run in all competitions and temporarily move to the eighth place on the table with 10 points.
Onduparaka slip to the third place on 15 points but behind SC Villa courtesy of goal difference.
Next on card for KCCA will be a home duel against Kyetume next Tuesday while Onduparaka will host Tooro United on 30th October in their next game.
