Onduparaka unveil Jarieko as first signing

Onduparaka FC have unveiled James Jarieko as their first signing ahead of the upcoming UPL season.

The young attacker has been awarded an employment contract of two years by the West Nile club.

He has previously played for Paidha Black Angels, a side that was relegated from the FUFA Big League to the region league last season.

Jarieko is a product of the FUFA Juniors League having played for Paidha Black Angels Junior Team where he was also the team captain.

He was part of the U17 national team that featured in the 2018 AFCON tournament held in Tanzania.

The Caterpillars are also set to unveil George Lutalo as the next head coach to replace Joseph Mutyaba.

Morris Adiga who can been serving as the third assistant head coach has officially left the club after handing in his resignation letter.

At the end of last season Onduparaka, confirmed the departure of Augustine Opoka, Najib Tusaba Gwaidho, Hakim Magombe, Ali Mukiibi, Amis Thiago Muwonge, Augustine Akoch, Shaban Wasswa, Denis Kaka Andama, Mahadi Ajobe, Kabon Living, Med Kyeline, Moses Okot, Oscar Agaba and Noel Nasasira.
