SC Villa have sacked their Youth Program Coach Philip Ssozi who also doubles as the fitness coach.
Swift Sports Uganda understands that the club has embarked on the search for Ssozi’s replacement before the resumption of the league.
Ssozi also served as the fitness coach during Petros Koukouras’ reign joins Dan Mubiru and Brenda Nambalirwa who were also relieved of their duties.
Mubiru was replaced by Sulait Makumbi as the new team manager.
Ssozi has products to show from his time at Villa which include former U-20 national team captain Gavin Kizito Mugweri, Shafik Nyanzi, Juma Sekiboogo (Stahiza), Salim Abdallah and Charles Lwanga among others.
As a player, Ssozi won several league and cup titles with SC Villa before he moved to Serbia where he featured for FC Srem before a short stint at Express FC.
