Uganda Premier league side URA FC have completed the signing of Midfielder Nicholas Kabonge.
This website understands that Kabonge has put pen to paper on a two employment contract with the revenue collectors.
Kabonge has been a free agent after expiration of his employment contract at SC Villa last season.
SC Villa were also interested in re-signing him this transfer window.
The 2017 Airtel Masaza Cup winner with Gomba has also previously featured for Kampala Junior Team (KJT) in the Kampala fourth division league before joining Uganda’s record league champions.
At URA FC, he is expected to fill the void left by their former skipper Shafik Kagimu who is set for greener pastures.
Kabonge will also reunite with his former teammate at SC Villa Salim Abdallah.
He also becomes the second URA FC signing this window after Bruno Bunyaga.
