Leku joined the Zambian side in July last year on a one year contract from Arua Hill.

The Ugandan striker scored on his debut for Zesco as they drew 1-1 with Prisons Leopards.

The former Express and Vipers striker scored 10 goals for Arua Hill in the Uganda Premier league during the 2021/22 season and registered six assists in the process.

This was the second time Leku has played club football away from having had a brief stint in Botswana with Jwaneng Galaxy and Extension Gunners in 2018/19.

Leku has also previously played for Vipers SC, Onduparaka, Express, Proline FC and most recently Arua Hill.
