Blacks Power confirm release seven players

UPL debuntants Blacks Power FC have released seven players ahead of the second round.

Former Mbarara City goalkeeper Mohammed Ssekeba, Stephen Othieno, Ronald Musana and Bronson Nsubuga are among the seven players let go by Hussein Mbalangu’s coached side.

The others are Francis Onekalit, Baden Mujahid and Faizal Muwawu.

“Following the player assessment meeting held on 16th January 2023, the management in regard of the club performance and ethical policies made a fundamental decision to release the following players from the 2022/23 squad.”

Blacks Power collects only 11 points from the first round which puts them in the 12th position on the table

They visit BUL FC on Friday 10th-February in their first game of the second round.
