FUFA Big League table leaders Kitara FC have completed the signing of defender Farouk Katongole.
Katongole joins Kitara on a six month contract from the Red Eagles.
Five months ago, the towering defender joined Express FC on a two year employment contract as a free agent after his contract with URA FC was terminated at the end of the 2021/22 season.
He has also previously played for Uganda Premier League sides Tooro United and Soltilo Bright Stars.
Katongole joins Paul Mucureezi, George Ssenkaba and Godfrey Lwesibawa who joined the Royals this transfer window.
Meanwhile, the Hoima based side beat Buganda Regional league side Free Stars FC 3-0 in spot kicks to cruise to the Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 32.
