URA FC have officially announced the signing of winger Joseph Ssemujju on a two year contract.

As earlier reported by this website, Ssemujju joins the Tax Collectors as a free agent after leaving Tanzania’s Mbeya City.

Ssemujju is the club’s fourth signing after Bruno Bunyaga, Joshua Lubwama Letti and Nicholas Kabonge.

He returns to the Uganda Premier League having previously played for Vipers SC, Express FC, SC Villa and BUL FC.

Ssemujju comes in as a direct replacement of Joackiam Ojera who joined Rwanda’s Rayon Sports on loan.

Forwards Derrick Nsibambi and George Senkaaba also left for Al Basheer in Oman and Kitara in the Big League respectively.

URA will face Uganda Pentacostal University in the round of 64 of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
