Steven Dese Mukwala scored a brace to inspire Asante Kotoko to a 4-0 win over Accra Lions in the Ghana Premier League encounter played on Monday evening.
Mukwala was on target in the 27th and 49th minute while Rashid Nortey and Enock Morrison scored the other goals.
The Uganda Cranes striker has now scored eight league goals after 16 games played.

Mukwala is currently one goal behind leading scorer Mezack Afriyie of Berekum Chelsea.
He was later replaced by Brazilian forward Matheus Medieros who was making his debut in the 71st minute.
The win took Asante Kotoko back to the second place with 27 points, two behind leaders Aduana Stars.
Mukwala and teammates will return to action on Sunday as they host third placed Bechem United.
