Ndugwa misses out as Vipers name traveling squad for Casablanca

Vipers SC have named an 18 man squad for their CAF Champions league group C opening game against Moroccan giants Raja Casablanca.

Under the stewardship of Spanish-Brazilian Bianchi Pelliser Beto, the Venoms will depart Entebbe Airport in the wee hours of Wednesday abroad Turkish Airlines. They will have a stopover in Istanbul before heading to Casablanca.

Defender Livingstone Mulondo returns after missing out for the Venoms during the last two months through a fracture.

Talisman Yunus Sentamu has also fully recovered from injury and is in the squad to Morocco.

New signings Martin Kizza, Israel Desire Tety and Robert Serge Mwenge are also part of the traveling team.

Karim Ndugwa misses out since he is cap-tied having featured for BUL FC in the CAF Confederation Cup this term.

Vipers will face off with Raja Casablanca on Friday at the Complexe Mohammed V Stadium in Morocco.
