Uganda Premier league leaders KCCA will turn focus on their Stanbic Uganda Cup round of 16 tie against Mbarara City on Friday at Lugogo.
KCCA head coach Morley Byekwaso says they are not to underestimate Mbarara City whom he dubbed as stubborn opponents
“Tomorrow we are facing a stubborn side, a team that has disturbed us during previous seasons.”
“They know how to answer our questions, very resilient and we cannot underestimate them because this competition is very hard,” Byekwaso said.
“We have prepared well, had buildup matches, rested well and I believe we’re in a good position to face our opponents.” Said Byekwaso
KCCA comfortably beat Kataka FC 3-0 at the round of 32 stage while Mbarara edged Admin FC 1-0 at Kakyeka Stadium to prevail to the round of 16.
