Janet Mora and Bertha Omita scored the other goals for the winning side.
Babirye was later withdrawn and replaced by Maurine Achieng After in the 60th minute.
Kolwa Falcons pulled a goal back in the closing stages of the encounter and celebrated it like a real consolation.
Babirye who has previously played for the Crested Cranes, Kampala Queens, Lady Doves and Buikwe She Red Stars among others, will be expected to be key as Vihiga Queens intensify the title race.
Her compatriot Anitah Namata also featured for the Vihiga based Queens.
