Kitara aim to stretch leadership in visit to Calvary

Big League leaders Kitara FC will target consolidating themselves on top of the table in their visit to Calvary FC

Kitara FC lead the table with 43 points from 21 games as their hosts are 17th with 30 points.

This will be the third meeting between the sides, the first meeting in the first leg which was won by Kitara FC in Kigaya.

The two sides previously met in the Uganda Cup at the round of 16 where Calvary FC defeated Kitara FC 8-7 in spot kicks after both sides playing to a one all stalemate.

In case of victory Kitara FC will be moving to 46 points maintaining their position on top of the table

Calvary stand a chance to move to the fifth position after victory.

The second game of the day will be between Police FC and Mbarara City at Kavumba Recreation grounds

Mbarara City are second with 40 points three behind leaders Kitara FC

The Cops are fourth with 39 points and victory will see them take up the second position
