KCCA FC boss Morley Byekwaso appears to be facing a battle to keep his job as pressure mounts over his tenure at Lugogo.
KCCA FC dropped points again in a third successive stalemate against UPDF FC on Sunday at the MTN Omondi Stadium.
The Lugogo based side drew 1-1 with the army side in the first league game played under floodlights at Lugogo.
Swift Sports Uganda understands Byekwaso still has the backing of club chairman Martin Ssekajja with majority of the board calling for his sacking.
Majority of the board members are said to be unconvinced that he can turn things around at the home of the 13 time Uganda Premier league champions.
Byekwaso is yet to lose support from his players though, with the need to pick up results in the next few weeks to quiet talks over his future.
KCCA FC are currently five points behind leaders SC Villa with two games in hand.
They next face off with Soltilo Bright Stars in the quarterfinals of the Stanbic Uganda Cup.
