URA FC have agreed terms with Express FC goalkeeper Denis Otim, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
The tax collectors have been in talks with the custodian over the last couple of weeks.
According to reliable sources a compromise has been reached between the two parties.
Otim will put pen to paper a two year employment contract with the revenue collectors. He had a year remaining on his contract at Express.
Otim join the Red Eagles at the start of the 2020/22 season after stints at Mbarara City and Nyamityobora FC.
First choice goalkeeper Nafian Alionzi is set to leave the club for greener pastures while James Alitho is expected to be let go.
During his time at Express FC, Otim won the 2020/21 Uganda Premier league title and the CECAFA club championship in the same season.
The tax collectors have so far confirmed the departures of Salim Abdallah and their long-serving player Ronald Kigongo.
URA FC finished the recently concluded season on a high, in the 5th place following a couple of unconvincing results in the first round.
