URA FC have completed the signing of attacking midfieder Ivan Mayanja from Express FC.
Mayanja joins the tax collectors as a free agent following expiration of his contract at Express FC.
He joined the Red Eagles in 2020 on a three year employment contract from Regional league side CATDA.
During his time at Express, Mayanja won the 2020/21 Uganda Premier league title and the CECAFA club championship in the same season.
He joins goalkeeper Denis Otim who also joined the revenue collectors this window.
The four time Uganda Premier league champions have already confirmed the departures of Salim Abdallah, Ronald Kigongo and Kabong Living.
URA FC finished the 2022/23 season in 5th place with 43 points.
