SC Villa have agreed personal terms with Express FC right back Joseph Dhata Lujang, Swift Sports Uganda understands.
The right back is currently training with the 16 time Uganda Premier league champions at East High in Ntinda.
According to reliable sources, Dhata has already agreed personal terms with SC Villa and is expected to put pen to paper on a two year employment contract.
Dhata joined Express FC at the start of last season after leaving Vipers SC where he had spent four years.
The former Buddo SS right back also features for South Sudan’s national team The Bright Stars and made his debut in 2020 with the U20 team.
Express have already lost winger Joseph Akandwanaho who joined Mbarara City while Allan Kayiwa is also out of contract at the club.
SC Villa finished third last season with 52 points they amassed as they surrendered the title to Vipers on the final day.
