New UPL entrants Kitara FC have completed the signing of defender Ibrahim Magandazi from UPDF FC.

Magandazi put pen to paper on a one year contract to complete the long awaited move.

He reunites with coach Brian Senyondo who previously coached him at Synergy FC, Mbarara City and recently UPDF FC.

The lanky versatile defender also featured for Arua Hill before he joined the army side.

Magandazi can ably play across the entire backline but predominantly in the center back position.

He is the third player to be unveiled by the Hoima based club after Frank Zaga Tumwesigye and goalkeeper Chrispus Kusiima.

Zaga was signed as a free agent after leaving Vipers while Kusiima was released by Gaddafi FC.
