Newly promoted UPL side NEC FC has officially unveiled Ronald Owiny Ogenga as their first signing of the current transfer season.
The towering defender has been tied down on a contract of two years.

Owinyi has played for Calvary FC and also featured for Ndejje University and UPDF FC, he is also the captain for Acholi Province in the on going FUFA Drum Buganda
NEC FC will be under the stewardship of Hussein Mbalangu, Mbalangu took over from Micheal Skills Lukyamuzi who guided them to the Uganda Premier League
Former Calvary FC coach Dudu Bosco will be Mbalangu’s assistant.
Ogenga is currently the team captain for Acholi Province in the on going FUFA Drum tournament
