Mbogo clan and Omutima Omusagi will face off in the return leg of the Bika football competition Semifinal on Wednesday, 16th August at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
The two sides played out to a 1-1 stalemate in the tight first leg on Monday.
Abdul Mayanja gave Omutima Omusagi the lead in first leg before Brian Kayanja levelled matters for Mbogo.
“The first leg ended 1-1 since we didn’t know much about our opponents but we have prepared well and ready for the second leg. It won’t be easy since it is a final as well so we just have to be focused and make sure we reach the final.” Said Mbogo skipper Kayanja.
Meanwhile, Nsenene and Ngoonge also shared spoils in a one all draw in their first leg meeting on Tuesday. The return leg is scheduled for Thursday.
The winners in both semifinals will vie for space on the Bika Shield on 26th August, 2023 at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku.
His Majesty the Kabaka of Buganda Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II will grace the climax of the 49th edition of the Bika competition.
