FUFA Women Super League side Wakiso Hill Women FC are in advanced stages of signing versatile midfielder Rashida Nankya, Swift Sports understands.
Nankya has been turning out for Lady Doves in the past three seasons after she left Uganda Martyrs in 2020.
She is expected to sign a two year contract after agreeing terms with the free spending new entrants.
As a player, Nankya can ably play on either flank but in the offensive midfield and as a second striker.
She will become the seventh new signing of Wakiso Hill who have been one of the busiest clubs in this primary transfer window.
Other new signings already at the club are; Zaitun Namaganda, Fatumah Nakasumba, Teopista Apino, Prossy Nashipond, Maureen Kimono and Banura Phoebe.
Wakiso Hill also confirmed Claire Mulindwa as their new patron following the club’s partnership with Vipers SC.
