Mulondo headed the hosts into the lead in the 15th minute off a perfect Asharaf Mandela cross.

In the 33rd minute, Lawal doubled the Venoms advantage after being fed by Yunus Sentamu.

Second half substitute, Abdu Lumala came close to extending Vipers’ lead but his effort went inches over the bar.

The two goals in the first half were enough to give Vipers three points and are now top of the log with six points.

Vipers SC will next travel to Mbarara City while Arua Hill will host BUL FC on 1st October.
