Two Ugandan coaches apply for vacant Cranes head coach role

The Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) has revealed that over 245 coaches have applied for the vacant Uganda Cranes head coach role.

According to the latest information by the official closing time on Friday, 22nd September the Federation had received applications from 243 foreigners and only two Ugandans for the Cranes head coaching role.

For the assistant coach, FUFA only received 34 applications (32 foreigners and only 2 Ugandans).

24 applied for the Strengthen and Conditioning job ( with 19 foreigners and 5 Ugandans).

Only 7 applied for the Goalkeeping coach role with only one Ugandan.

Following the sacking of Milutin Sredojevic alias Micho last week, FUFA confirmed that the Cranes Head coaching, assistant, Goalkeepers trainer and Strength and conditioning coach Jobs were vacant.

Moses Basena and Fred Kajoba served with Micho as the assistant and Goalkeeping coach respectively.
