Centenary Bank has renewed their partnership with Buganda Kingdom under Masaza cup for the next 3 years(2023-2025).
The development was announced on Wednesday in Bulange, Mengo will be broken down to an annual contribution of UGX 200 million for the next three years.
Balikuddembe Joseph, Executive Director Centenary Bank stated,
“The Bank and Buganda Kingdom will continue to enjoy a cordial business relationship. This partnership renewal is a commitment towards social economic transformation across youth segments as the bank celebrates its 40th year anniversary.” Balikuddembe emphasized
The Masaza Cup is a football tournament that was introduced in 2004 by the Buganda Kingdom to groom talent among the youth across the different Counties or Masaza’s that make up the Buganda Kingdom and the surrounding regions.
This year’s championship is at the final stage with record winners Gomba set to battle with Bulemeezi for the trophy later this month.
