Tanzanian Premier league side Ihefu SC are courting former Uganda Cranes goalkeeping coach Fred Kajoba’s signature.
Ihefu SC is under the stewardship of former Cranes assistant coach Moses Basena.
The Tanzanian outfit want to appoint Kajoba as their goalkeeping coach.
According to Kajoba they are still in negotiations with the club,
“We are still in negotiations with the Ihefu SC and in case we reach an agreement then I will work. I am not a person who usually moves, so I will move when we have agreed on everything but negotiations are still going on.” Said Kajoba
Kajoba however didn’t rule out on returning as the Uganda Cranes Goalkeepers’ coach
“I also think the young Goalkeepers in Uganda still need my services, they need me but in football you can never say never.” Kajoba told this website
In case the deal materializes, the former Soltilo Bright Stars coach will join Basena at Ihefu SC. The pair has been working with Milutin Sredojevic alias Micho on the Uganda Cranes team.
