Busoga United returned to winning ways with a 1-0 victory away to Gaddafi in the Jinja derby at Gaddafi Arena in Jinja.
Isaac Mweru Doka netted the all important goal for ten-man Busoga.
Busoga’s Sunday Mulanda was sent off in added time of the second period.
Doka’s goal came at the stroke of halftime and it was enough to earn the visitors their second victory of the season since their opening day win over Arua Hill in Adjumani.
Before Tuesday’s win, Busoga had lost their previous three games.
They now move to 8th position in the Uganda Premier league table with 6 points.
Gaddafi on the other hand are 12th on the log with 3 points they have garnered in five games.
Busoga next host UPDF FC while Gaddafi FC travel to NEC.
