Alex Kitata scored the all important goal as BUL FC beat URA FC 1-0 in a League game at FUFA Technical centre on Tuesday.
This was Abbey Kikomeko coached side’s sixth straight win this term.
Before Tuesday’s win, they had maximized points against Bright Stars, KCCA FC, Arua Hill, Maroons FC and SC Villa.
Meanwhile, the tax collectors suffered their first defeat of the campaign.
They also remain winless away from home this season after stalemates against UPDF FC and Bright Stars.
Kitata who was recently nominated for player of September/October gave the hosts the lead five minutes after the recess for his fourth goal of the season.
His goal was enough to see the Jinja based side move to the summit of the UPL log, three points clear of second placed Kitara.
With 18 points in 6 games, Kikomeko’s side will next travel to UPDF FC next week while URA FC host Kitara FC in Lugazi.
