In bold and ambitious move, SC Villa are intensifying efforts to secure the signature of Bright Stars’ Nelson Senkatuka.
Swift Sports Uganda understands that the record Uganda Premier league champions are ready to bolster their attacker with the experienced Senkatuka.
It is thought initial talks have taken place over a possible deal which could see Senkatuka join Dusan Stojanovic’s side.
But as it stands, there’s still plenty of work to be done on this deal, but the 16 time Ugandan champions are now interested and are in talks with the player.
Senkatuka currently leads the 2023/24 UPL scorers chart with 10 goals he scored in the first round of the season.
Besides Bright Stars, Senkatuka has previously featured for KCCA FC, Proline FC and Moroccan side Moghreb Athletic de Tetouan.
He began his career at Hope Doves Kampala, Erith and Belverdere (Ryman Football League in the United Kingdom, 2014) as well as Cranes United in the Essex Alliance Football League (2014-2015).
