Towering left-back Isma Kawawulo is another player set to leave Express FC.

Swift Sports understands Kawawulo’s one year employment contract has expired and a compromise for a renewal has not been reached.

Kawawulo has been one of the best Express performers featuring in 13 of the 15 games this season.

He joined Express at the start of last year having previously played for MUBS, Nyamityobora FC, Busoga United and Maroons FC.

While Arthur Kiggundu and Ramsey Kawooya have joined Kitara FC and Vipers respectively, other players like Derrick Ngoobi, Martin Senkooto and Seif Batte are set for the exit door.

Emmanuel Wasswa has also returned to KCCA FC after only six months of his loan spell at Wankulukuku.

Yesterday, Express FC awarded the head coach Alex Isabirye with a new contract.

They have also appointed Augustine Nsumba as the first assistant head coach.

The Red Eagles have so far collected 25 points that put them in the 6th position
