Wasswa Bbosa’s Mbarara City entertain the league’s most in-form team Express FC at the Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara.
The Red Eagles have won all their last four league games and recently scooped the end of month awards with coach Alex Isabirye and striker Isaac Wagoina crowned as best of January.
Despite their fine form, a trip to Mbarara City does not come easy as the Red Eagles have not won any of their games against Mbarara City in Kakyeka.
They have lost twice and drawn twice in their four league visits to Mbarara.
Their only away win against Mbarara City came in 2019 under coach George Ssimwogerere but the Ankole Lions were using Luzira Prisons as their home ground at the time.
Express sit 6th on the table with 25 points while their hosts sit 11th with 18 points from the 15 games played.
The Ankole Lions have been boosted by a timely clearance to host their games at Kakyeka and will hope to make the best of their home advantage.

Both sides have made five additions in the concluded January transfer window in a bid to bolster their squad for the business end of the season.
Express will start a new life without their inspirational duo of Arthur Kiggundu and Emmanuel Wasswa who left the club with the latter returning to his parent club KCCA.
The Wankulukuku based outfit parted ways with Denis Otim, Sheif Batte, Martin Senkooto, Jonathan Agoucha and Ashraf Mbazira.
Isabirye’s new signings who include Yasser Mugerwa, Affie Kitanda, Kevin Ssekimbegga, Musa Ssali and Edward Katumba William are all available for selection.
Mbarara City on the other hand signed Benson Muhindo, Pius Wangi, Alex Akankwasa, Amir Kakomo and former Express left back Sadick Ssekyembe.
Wangi, Kakomo and Ssekyembe are set to make their debuts while Akankwasa and Muhindo await clearance.
Bbosa will miss the services of right back Henry Muyomba Musisi who is out with a knee injury.
