Uganda Women’s National U-20 team will be without the duo of Docus Lwalisa and Krusum Namutebi for the semifinal clash against Nigeria.
The Queen Cranes will be seeking a place in the final when they battle Nigeria on Monday at Cape Coast Stadium.
Lwalisa plays as a left back for Sheryl Botes’ team and will be out of the contest against the West African side due to card accumulation.
The left back played a viral role for the Queen Cranes as they beat Ethiopia 2-0, scoring in the same game.
Namutebi can be deployed as a defensive midfielder and at times as a central defender is also out due to the two bookings.
Both players were booked in the group games against Ethiopia and Ghana.
Meanwhile, Botes’ team will be boosted by the return of Shakirah Nankwanga who got injured in the victory over Ethiopia.
The winners between Uganda and Nigeria will face the victor in the other semifinal between host nation Ghana and Senegal in the final.
