The Uganda Premier league Secretariat have confirmed the new date for the rescheduled league fixture between SC Villa and Vipers SC.
The Secretariat rescheduled the mouthwatering contest since SC Villa had four players on the Uganda Hippos team that participated in Dire Dawa Cup in Ethiopia.
SC Villa will now take on Vipers SC on 9th April, 2024 at Muteesa II Stadium in Wankulukuku on Match day 23.
The two sides played out to a 1-1 stalemate in their first round meeting at Kitende.
Before their contest against Vipers SC, the record Uganda Premier league champions will first face off with Busoga United at FUFA Technical centre in Njeru on 4th April.
SC Villa are currently fourth on the Uganda Premier league table with 36 points, one above Vipers SC who are fifth.
